In person Antenatal classes for second-time parents *

Two evenings, 6.30pm to 9pm on a Tuesday (Aylesham) or Thursday (Cringleford). Plus 2hrs postnatal support.

Only £100. Paid after you have met me and enjoyed the first class. Email me on thejessicabowmanshow@icloud.com with your name and due date so that I can advise which course dates are most suitable.

Private and bespoke - Two, 2.5hr one to one appointments in pregnancy and 2hrs postnatal support after baby is born.

Only £150. Paid after you have met me and feel happy with what I offer. Email me on thejessicabownmanshow@icloud.com to discover my availability.

Plus ongoing access to our support circle.

(Everyone that I have worked with personally is warmly invited to join our support circle. We meet for walks and coffee mornings, completely free of charge. It’s a lovely opportunity to meet other parents with babies of different/similar ages, make new friends, share experiences and learn from each other.)

Every pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey is different. My role is to provide evidence-based education, practical guidance, and compassionate support so you can feel informed, confident, and empowered at every stage.
